Ever since they did the redesign it's been a mess. Prior to the redesign I could see the fare listed and restrict the alert to specific airlines. Now it's one big Charlie Foxtrot. Major thumbs down to FareCompare. You took what was once a pretty decent resource and wrecked it.

I see this issue has been acknowledged, but have not seen any response. When can we expect an update from customer service?

I’m
hoping this helps
Hello,
We are making some changes and upgrades to our alerts system.
During this time alerts will not be sent out.
Once these changes and upgrades have been made we will begin sending alerts.
Please be patient with us as we do some needed maintenance.

Thanks for the update. To further clarify the issue with my account, under "My Trips" only a handful of the trips list the price when the trip was created "at signup" (an " * " is listed), and zero/none of them have current pricing. In the "current price" column are " ** ".

I have the same issues as flyfish1217 as well as no access to historical data or stars showing if prices are a good deal. When do you expect the upgrades to be complete?

Another "symptom" to report: I've noticed the past 10 or so times I've accessed Farecompare.com and searched flights that the results do not show any flights into or out of Charlotte, NC for USAirways....yet CLT is a major USAir hub!!
